What have I gone and done now!!

My family think Mum has finally lost the plot!!  Today I went and checked out Contours gym (for ladies only – didn’t want sweaty guys strutting around admiring their own abs).  And guess what – yes I’ve signed up for six months!  Yikes – after years of inactivity and illness it will probably kill me.  I meet my trainer and start on Monday.

Seriously though, it’s something I absolutely have to do if I want to fight this cancer and even if I have to have more ops and chemo then if I am fitter and leaner then I will cope with it much easier.

So, hopefully by the time May comes and I go to the Sydney convention, I will be looking better and feeling happier with myself – that’s if I survive!

Well, think that’s the end of putting all my new lifestyle plans in place.  What a week this has been!  Now may be I can do some creating.

Have a good weekend all.

Go girl. I have been going to the gym for 12 months now and haven't looked back. I just love going and benefits are great.

Go for it. My Husbands Opa was told at 50 he had only had a couple of years left due to bad living and his heart was going to give out, he started going to the gym and now at 81yrs he is a world champion at in door rowing in multi age groups. So wishing best of luck.

Judy, Hubby's idea on the batteries is great. I do have the rechargers and the batteries for such an endeavor. the rechargeable batteries don't last very long. they only take so many recharges and they quit. But I will go back to that mode until something better comes up. thanks again so much. U R right about our blogging sisters, tho, so helpful.

Thanks for popping in to catch up on what is happening in my life. I enjoy sharing my love of stamping and cardmaking and invite you to have a look at the projects I have made. You are welcome to take my ideas and use them in your own creations.
