Convention Chat

Just had to post and let you know what a fantastic convention we had in Brisbane.  I ended up with so much stuff to bring home that I was glad I had packed a fold-up back in my suitcase!  I am certain that Stampin’ Up must be one of the most generous companies around.  They certainly care about their demonstrators and customers.

This photo shows our group having breakfast on the first morning of convention.

Absolutely lovely convention centre here in Brisbane.  700 attended and the main auditorium is still not full.

Karen and Donna poring over their new catalogues.  Let me know if you want me to order one for you – available from July 1st.

Watch out for the sneak peaks of what is coming!  So exciting.

Thanks Karen

Two lovely cards made last week at Karen’s class.  The butterfly shimmers in real life and I loved doing my dress – just like when I used to play with paper dolls as a child!!

Thanks for an enjoyable class Karen.

I’m back …

Sorry for the absence but the batteries in my camera gave up and I have only just got around to purchasing another couple.  Now have some cards to post for you.

This card was made for a friend’s 70th a couple of weeks ago.

Quite a variety of dies used for this card – Secret Garden framelits, Labels collection framelits and Timeless Type alphabet dies.

A bright and cheerful card for a bright, cheerful lady!!  Happy 70th Sandra.

Thanks for popping in to catch up on what is happening in my life. I enjoy sharing my love of stamping and cardmaking and invite you to have a look at the projects I have made. You are welcome to take my ideas and use them in your own creations.
