Summer by the Sea – revisited

This set is one of my all time favourites even though it was retired a long time ago.  Couldn’t resist having another play with it and this is the card I created.  This is only one of the 6 stamps in this set of 4 lovely sketches and 2 verses.

I wanted to create the impression that this was a painting on a canvas and found that the Square Lattice embossing folder was ideal and gave the desired effect.

Just want to add a plea to Stampin’ Up – please bring out some more stamps like these – I just love them.
